Refund Request 

Due to refund requests we receive after a campout or event has taken place, the following policies will be put into effect immediately.

There will be absolutely no refunds given after 5:00 p.m. the Monday before a campout OR event. After Monday, refunds are for medical reasons only, and MUST be accompanied by a doctor's note.

Additional Detail:
- All non-medical refund requests will be charged a $25.00 service fee
- If your request includes funds back for an object that has been purchased (i.e. starter kit, derby car, etc.), the object must be returned at the time of the request
- Please allow a 2-3 week turnaround for refunds, as request are sent to our Metropolitan office.

You may make a request for an exception. 
These must be provided in writing and will be reviewed and considered by the program director.
