Health & Wellness

Fitness training is one of the YMCA's core services to its members. The Plano Family YMCA hosts a broad range of fitness programs for people of all ages and abilities. From youth to teenagers to senior citizens, we offer group exercise classes as well as one on one and small group training with certified YMCA trainers.

Next CPR/First Aid Class: Aug. 21
Held at the Plano Family YMCA in Legacy Preschool room from 9am to noon. Fees apply.

New 30-minute Classes at Russell Creek
Start in September
Introduction to Pilates - Tuesday 8:30-9:00am
Basic Zumba - Tuesday 7:00-7:30pm
Introduction to Step - Thursday 6:30-7:00pm
Kids Yoga - Thursdays 4:30pm

Total Body Conditioning for Women
Next class starts September 7
Tues./Thurs. 9:15-10:15am
Class meets for 4 weeks at Russell Creek
