Plano Family YMCA Camp Payment Policies

REGISTRATION
A non-refundable $35 processing fee is required for all camps.

TUITION
Camp must be paid in full two weeks prior to your camp session start date. Specialty camps must be paid in full at time of registration. Non-payment of tuition will result in being dropped from that week of camp. Once the tuition is paid AND if room allows, you will be re-enrolled in camp. If a camp is full, you may request to be placed on the waiting list.

DEPOSITS
A non-refundable $25 deposit will secure a place on the camp roster.  The remaining balance must be paid in full two weeks prior to your session start date in order for your child to attend camp.

SIBLING DISCOUNT
A $10 discount will be awarded to families that register multiple children for the same week of camp. Siblings are not required to attend the same camp, but must attend in the same session.

PRORATING POLICY
Camp sessions will NOT be prorated for most circumstances. Exceptions include summer school attendance. Please inquire with the camp director.

REFUNDS
Refunds must be requested in writing prior to your camp session start date. A $20 non-refundable service fee will be charged for any request.  To receive a full refund, a written request must be submitted no less than 10 days prior to your session start date. To receive a 50% refund, a written request must be submitted no less than 5 days prior to your session start date. Once the camp session begins, no refund requests will be honored for any reason (this includes unforeseen circumstances, illness, injury, dismissal due to behavior issues etc.) 

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Financial assistance is made possible by the YMCA's Partners Campaign. Financial assistance is available for Legacy or Russell Creek day camp only. Requests for specialty or SportsCamps will not be honored.
